Welcome to "Things" Antiques and Collectibles of Tucumcari, New Mexico. The shop is located on the west end of the City proper across from the Alco Store at  920 W. Tucumcari Blvd. (Route 66) See Map Below.
    Our hours are 9:30 to 6 PM Mon. thru Saturday, and 1 to 6 PM on Sunday.
    Ruth Daniel welcomes bus tours, motorcycle groups, and automobile travelers with plenty of parking. Call ahead if you want to be absolutely sure the shop will be open. The phone number is 505-461-3133.
    The store has been converted from an old Route 66 Restaurant and on the west side of the building you will see the scrambled letters of the former Restaurant spelling DOOFNAC XEMI. See if you can figure what it spelled originally. If you approach from the West end watch for this sign. You can also identify the store by the multi-colored, Patch work El Camino out front. You can't miss it.   
    Ruth's inventory is large and varied. Come in and browse to your hearts content and take home a unique gift from Route 66 that will always remind you of your trip. Ruth can also supply  information on  the City of Tucumcari and other great sights to see. No matter who you are, or where you're from,  there is an item for you.  If you can find it!
